hi there.........everyone why go on banging ur head everywhere when ignou itself is giving the notes for both B.A. in pub ad and MPA......just go thru there site ................giving below the exact pub ad link.........u may not get some public policy chapters but then u can hv them from the MPA link....hope it helps
