Glance through the first four pages in the first link and the first chapter of the ebook in the second link.. hope they will give a good idea about the anti-development idea..

few points what i noted...

Anti Development thesis basically stems out from F.W.Riggs' diffraction idea..the criticisms against that diffraction idea forms the basis..
It is primarily the non-acceptance -f Eurocentric / pro western idea of development..
Anti development theorists are of the view that 'development' is a concept used by the Western world to dominate and preordain the progress of people elsewhere. According to them,it is somewhat a Neo-Imperialist idea. It is disguised by them as an essential and desirable process.

it goes on like this.. hope i have somewhat clarified as to what the thesis is about.. go through the links and help yourself..

its given on Chapter called Participatory Development
he's written the topic under name 'Counter-development Thesis'
that in 60s -70s when trickle down theory of Western Capitalism failed, the social scientists started thinking of alternative model- non-western stuff. so they prescribed for poor people making Self help group etc community participation etc.
anti-Development thesis is about
shift from state led Development to local community led Development.
