B'lore students r not at all getting mukul's sir notes. can anybody 4m b'lore tell me were can i get these notes. if i dint get it then finally i will quite it & take ohter subject. first i decided to take mathematics, but i then changed to psych. but now again i need to change subject if i dint get notes. so please help me.. | ||

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | dear poornima, nt much material is found in bangalore for psychology n its true..... u cannot access to mukul pataks notes untill u attend his classes..moreover even if u get his notes frm any frnds...u cannot access to complete information unless u study basics books on psychology...r u opting this subject for prelims also? let me let u one more thing...in upsc,authentic book reading is much better for high score rather than refering to any notes.... | ||

| That is not a good option of posting this. Mukul Pathak prepared his material with lot of efforts, and bypassing him is not what we expect here at Indian officer. This is also not a good sign for those preparing for civil service, need to build ethos from beginning. To get his notes, you all must directly contact him unless he had given the royalty to selling it at Book stores.

Some chapters as specified in the UPSC syllabus have to be scouted for in different books altogether. Some extra efforts is definitly required and banking totally on notes wouldn't help anyway, in my opinion. So instead of getting frenzied over the lack of availability of notes, you might as well go for some interesting, detailed and quality reading. thanks, stuti. Quote:

Being an engineer in the making, i would have gone for psychology considering it has a more technical approach when compared to philisophy. the medium in which you take your exam depends upon the ease and the comfort level you have with the language. there is no use being a wannabe and opt for something that's not your cup of tea.if you are true to your strengths ,then hindi or english,it doesnt make a differnece. stuti. | ||
