Hello Priyanka, Nice to hear from you.. I am preparing for IAS 2009 exams. I have decided to take Public Administration and Geography as optional subjects for the mains. And for prelims Pub Admin as an optional subject. And these subjects are surely not our cup of coffee. We need to start from the scratch. Its good to see you here.
