Mrunal the complaint is with regards to above..... Actually the user( raviche 12001) is trying to put in telugu....If transliteration was available, this would have translated to English from telugu...What do u say?
Any how for the convinence of the members of IO I will Translate:

    How are you?
Starting Civils preperation from onwards is good , because it takes 1 year to understand the pattern.

Well I was browsing through the site and I stumbled across this thread and couldn't help myself from replying.

I am no authority, neither have I appeared for CSE (2010 is going to be my 1st attempt) but I sincerely feel starting as early as 2nd year in college is a bad idea. You have so many things that you would want to do at that age (You can always appear for UPSC when you are 25+, but you cannot get your college days back). UPSC centered preparation can hamper your thought process at this age.I would recommend you to read a lot nonetheless.(You can try - Glimpses of World History , Discovery of India , Chomsky Series, Naipaul's India Trilogy, Univ. of Cal-Berkley's research papers , Ofcourse The Hindu, The Economist et. al.)

The difference between being "Focussed" and being "Myopic" is hairline. At this stage try to read the basic books of every subject and then, say, a year and a half from now decide which subject you would like to take. You might land up with different subjects altogether , also by then you would have a Rock-Solid base and an "across-the-board" perspective.

When talk is going on about a non-literature optional/Gs/essay etc.- if you talk in English=more people can benefit reading your posts - that's all.
    and welcome to the community
