Hi

Negative marking in Prelims is 33%. I mean
Number of correct answers = X
Number of wrong answers = Y
Then your marks = (X - Y) - 0.33 * Y

The march issue of CSC says that,Public administration (mains) syllabus has been changed a little. As i found it was little confusing,as only the chapters which has been changed in the new syllabus are mentioned.Can anyone provide the complete syllabus of the PA.
