my fight with at bus ticket counter

Hi

Yesterday I bought two tickets to go to Sasaram frm Patna on behalf of organisation i'm working for.

The cost written on ticket was Rs 77 but the cost they has they had painted on wall was Rs 81.

I asked fr the reason. they said " cost of ticket is Rs 77 + seat reservation Rs 1 + cost fr crossing bridge Rs 3".

All this sounded absurd to me. Yet I agreed to pay Rs 81, only I requested to write write Rs 81 on ticket and put the man's sign on ticket. It was necessary to me as i had to put it infront om my organisation.

however after alot of discussion they wrote "77+3+1" I also requested them to write reason of" 3 + 1" and put sign which they didnt do.

we had quite hot doscussion on it.

But still didnt do didn't.

I wan't to know who is wrong here?

I they are wrong what should be done after all its question of consumer exploitation.

Lodge a complaint to the concerned authority.
But,I doubt,sometimes the whole organisation will be involved top to bottom.
