However i was prepared for the situation u stated ( take off yr tie and wear it)and in my interview i had a prepared answer too i would have answered, " sir, i do not know how to wear a tie, but for this important day, i felt that i would have been incomplete before you without a tie, however, i do realise that its important to know how to wear it myself, and that will be one of the first things i will learn now" i was confident that this answer would go off well, and i was also confident of answering follow up questions if any anyways it was not required basically, pl be confident and have conviction in your answers ![]()

I would like to wear colors like sky blue or very light green as they are very pleasant to the eye. But someone told me that darker colors like navy blue and dark brown show maturity. Please advise me in this respect also. Is short hair a demerit with the orthodox members? I mean do the board members have a preference for less modern looking females? Please guide. Regds, Shubhra. Last edited by Shubhra; 12-26-2007 at 07:29 PM..

The Board members judge the candidates for their opinions on various issues, their personality and thir ability to take decisions .An would be Officer who would command the respect and awe from his or her subordinates would be expected to dress decently and be an example to follow. there is no truth in saying that the Board members prefer less modren looking ladies. so dress according to the occasion and the weather and carry yourselg with dignity and decorum all the best. praveena
