its a valid question. say, u a engineering or science student and had taken PA as optional.

I believe in todays time its a very valid question.
i am flagging some issue you can read and develop on this:
1. Delivery of service through leveraging Information Technology
2. E - Governance
3. Disaster Management and Advance Warning System
4. Increase in productivity and renumeration by improving Supply Chain
5. Efficiency and economy of operation by disseminating information through internet, radio broadcast.
6. Reaching to massess though tele medicine

Last but not the least

Taking Government to doorstep of the citizen using Technology (Information Technology in particular)
