There are many more such questions that are pretty frequent and common. Please contribute such questions/your answers so that the prospective Interviewees can benefit from this. Thanks. Ruchi.

This is a term I came across when I went through some civil service interview collections. This is specifically targeted at candidates having an engg. or medical background who by opting for civil services won't be able to utilise their degrees to the good of the country. In that sense, it's a brain drain as the country won't be able to avail benefits from their technical education. Hope the clarification helps. And no, I am not implying that civil services do not require brains Thanks. Ruchi.
