I can think of the following questions on IT:

1) Origin of IT in india ?
2) Why and How India has become an IT hub ? How about future prospects.
3) Is India really a world leader in IT sector ?
4) What is Outsourcing / BPO industry ?
5) What are the prospects of outsourcing if there is a change in government in US ?
From here questions may jump to prospects of winning in elections for democrats & Republicans; how are the elctions held in US; viewpoints of both points towards outsourcing to india ..etc..etc..
6) How the rupee appreciation affected IT industry ?
From here questions may end up in, factors for rupee appreciation, which industries are most affected, etc..etc.. depending on your answers..
7) Questions may even come from the sector that u r working in IT.. for eg: if u r working for telecom sectroe, Q's may be like telecom revoln in india, spectrum issues, how the mobile commncn happens etc..etc..

will think of more questions.. If you hv any Q'ns in mind, please post them...
