I didn’t mean to doubt the integrity of manivannan or hurt him. I just meant to say that tips on how to succeed are better given by officers who have implemented them in their preparation and found useful. However I can sense that I have hurt manivannan by my rather caustic remarks. I am very sorry for that. I should have used better discretion in choosing my words. Manivannan, I like your articles very much and I have already said that in my above post. I have found them to be very useful in my preparation for mains. Infact after seeing your posts I also have made some essays ready to be posted at io.com. I am sure many members also were benefited by your articles. I assure all of you that I would be a bit more choosy and discreet in criticism. I wont let this situation get repeated. But all of you, I am not this ill mannered always, generally I am good. For whatever reason, I was stupid to have posted like that. Manivannan please come back and continue posting like what you used to. Your articles are really good and useful. So please come back. Regards and remorse, lalitha. Ps. Manivannan, I think you should have said this to me “you ill mannered girl, I have posted over 100 posts and made some contribution to the website. You don’t have even 10 posts to your credit and how can you criticise me?” I would then have understood plainly. | ||

i am happy and proud about you. How matured you are all!. I wonder. Please do not mind my words. Between friends, happening like these sitiuation is usual one. please do not hurt me by asking apology. you are my friend , so do not be formal. I have come back. thanks for your encouraging words on my articles. Just we leave it this at the moment. As i tolled to Mr.Kushal , my only demerit is my fear of criticism. I know its impact. But from this experience , i learned to give up this demerit from me by the cordial advise from Mr.Kushal, Chandrasekar, Sreekar,Anu verma, Basu and you. This is my graet gift to glitter in my service period. this happened only from your post to me. Realy i am thankfull to you. Please do not bather my words in my reply to you. i am free now. i asure to my friend that i will face any criticism boldly in future. lalitha, i did not say "ill mannered girl" about you. because i know the impact of saying like that. i was a child labour for nearly 3 in my childhood years which made me to fear of criticism and made me to do not criticise others. i do not want to remember my past. So we leave it this at the moment. i have read your post, it is quiet nuetral approach. It is very tough to do. But you have done. I realy proud of you. Please keep this on. all the best friend Manivannan
