I have read most of your articles...n believe me its just superb and informative...but, one simple question here to you, why do we post or share our ideas n knowledge on this board? Is it any competition to get an award? or Is it to make our preparation more better ?and ofcourse with much gratitude not to forget to promote this site towards more success while we prepare ourselves.....please dont take to hard feelings again....I am just expressing my view n concern here...nothing in personal.
n please dont stop posting your good articles...Iam waiting to see more articles from you...n kindly note, whatever you post here, including srap book is visible to every one here...
Lets all please do feel the privilege of being with our seniors on the same platform...n honour this board in its right terms.
Have a nice day....All the best!!!

Anu.
Dear friend Anu,
Thank you for your supportive words. To be frank, i have to tell you one thing. I am in happy mood for last 15 days because i have been enjoying to participate in Io.com. But it is true , i realy proud of you all, because you are all very very supportive to all the members including me. ofcourse I got anger yestar day night, but you are all conveying and supportive to me which is a uniqe charector of a family . I wonder. It let feel me that i am in a big family.
I am very greatfull to Mr.Kushal for providing me such a great opertunity to participate in a knowledgefull setup. It creats great motivation to not only for me but also for every one members. It is acceptable truth.
For your simple question, my answer is., I do not want to hold myself whatever l get, but i want to share with the needy people what i get. Either it could be wealth or my knowledge and also i wanted to share my ideas with the people who are having the same motivation.Thats why I have been posting in various topics without break. It is possible only through like this Establishment. i am thankfull to Mr.Kushal for providing me this opertunity, once gain and to Io.com which has given me good friends including you.

All the best

regards
sivaharimani

Manivannan, io.com team and all other members,

I offer my heartfelt apologies to manivannan and all of you for my rather harsh words. I didn’t mean to doubt the integrity of manivannan or hurt him. I just meant to say that tips on how to succeed are better given by officers who have implemented them in their preparation and found useful. However I can sense that I have hurt manivannan by my rather caustic remarks. I am very sorry for that. I should have used better discretion in choosing my words.

Manivannan, I like your articles very much and I have already said that in my above post. I have found them to be very useful in my preparation for mains. Infact after seeing your posts I also have made some essays ready to be posted at io.com. I am sure many members also were benefited by your articles.

I assure all of you that I would be a bit more choosy and discreet in criticism. I wont let this situation get repeated. But all of you, I am not this ill mannered always, generally I am good. For whatever reason, I was stupid to have posted like that.

Manivannan please come back and continue posting like what you used to. Your articles are really good and useful. So please come back.

Regards and remorse, lalitha.

Ps. Manivannan, I think you should have said this to me “you ill mannered girl, I have posted over 100 posts and made some contribution to the website. You don’t have even 10 posts to your credit and how can you criticise me?” I would then have understood plainly.

manivannan and lalitha,

io.com appreciates both of you for showing maturity and good sense and closing the misunderstanding graciously. good luck to both of you.

never mind lalitha, we have seen worse head aches. this is no head ache at all. we love all of you. you are all kids and such things keep happening. we break our heads only when we meet stubborn people. but you people are gems; ready to accept mistakes and correct yourselves. kushal and i wouldnt ask for more.

Dear Lalitha,
i am happy and proud about you. How matured you are all!. I wonder. Please do not mind my words. Between friends, happening like these sitiuation is usual one. please do not hurt me by asking apology. you are my friend , so do not be formal. I have come back. thanks for your encouraging words on my articles. Just we leave it this at the moment. As i tolled to Mr.Kushal , my only demerit is my fear of criticism. I know its impact. But from this experience , i learned to give up this demerit from me by the cordial advise from Mr.Kushal, Chandrasekar, Sreekar,Anu verma, Basu and you. This is my graet gift to glitter in my service period. this happened only from your post to me. Realy i am thankfull to you.
Please do not bather my words in my reply to you. i am free now. i asure to my friend that i will face any criticism boldly in future. lalitha, i did not say "ill mannered girl" about you. because i know the impact of saying like that. i was a child labour for nearly 3 in my childhood years which made me to fear of criticism and made me to do not criticise others. i do not want to remember my past. So we leave it this at the moment. i have read your post, it is quiet nuetral approach. It is very tough to do. But you have done. I realy proud of you. Please keep this on.

all the best friend
Manivannan
