Here is the announcement posted:

Based upon suggestion from Officers, OIM, and our experience we are pleased to introduce three new changes at Indian officer.

• Support Desk: The sole purpose is to provide any help our members have in using Indian Officer forums, posting a thread, navigating and general usage. It has been pretty tiring to handle 'not able to post', 'not able to log in', 'not able to navigate' type of emails and I am not able to do justice to all those support emails I receive.

The link to Support is named as vbSupport and can be found from the top of the navigation bar.

• Topper Talk Forum: This forum is meant for the officers, who have cleared the Civil Service Exam to let loose their Secret of success.

OIM cannot start a new thread out there, however can discuss the Officer's methodology, planning, and generally about his post. By this way we hope to provide good food for guidance to all OIM's.

• Literature forum: Based upon suggestions of sumathi and those who participated in the suggestion thread here that we have started a new forum 'Literature' which is meant for all language discussions.

Kindly use this thread to Post any bug, suggestion, or comment about the announcement.

Do not use this thread for any other purpose than defined above.
