based upon the usage pattern and experience of us we have implemented side wide changes at Indian Officer.

1. Complete overhauling of the color pattern and layout of the design.
2. Shifting of Indian Officer to Indian Host so that the site opens much faster.
3. Revamping of community layout, now the OIM can use scrap book for communicating with other OIM, something like orkut. The OIM can create their own group now at IndianOfficer and run the group on their own. This may include subject wise, interest wise or location specific groups. In future the group would be given permissions to create their own forum and moderate it too.
4. New Community recognition methodology; which will be separately announced once it is formulated.

6. New Logo and Favicon
7. Tabbed Menu interface at forum home for easy navigation. In case those users haveing java disabled at the browser now can select the version of the skin to disable the Tabs. To select the version of skin, go at the bottom of the website and select the skin.
