eSupport is ready and installed. All the department with different subject has been created. We are in the process of writing up the knowledgebase and the most interactive Tuturials named Troubleshooter.
Now the member can throw a ticket and get personalized support from officer based on subject they are using the support.
Very soon we will be updating the list and calling upon more of the officers to different subjects. However if any ticket is thrown, it will definately be responded upon
So use the world best support system at IndianOfficer Support Suite

eSupport will be upgraded today with tons of new features, like Live Chat with the Support Officers, and from the admim panel, it will ease out the pressure and complete integrated solution will be provided.
Kindly be patient while we upgrade the eSupport system. It will be re-named as Support Suite when upgraded.

Live help has been installed at IndianOfficer.com. This was based on feedback from Chandra Sekhar. We will soon put the links to all the places of IndianOfficer for live support.
We have integrated both the Live help of IndianOfficer.in and IndianOfficer.com into one, so that we are able to help both officers and OIM from one platform.
