Off course you have been doing great job. I think it went too far if it was concluded that only Officers would provide help, it is rather contrary. The best help one can give is the one who is also preparing. We may pitch in and help, but consider us as source of motivation rather then providing finer things.
But remember that we are watching what all you are doing and posting here. Therefore, if we feel the other OIM (Officer in Making) helping others stop short, we would pitch in.
