The two groups Generalist and Specialist are required to maintain and progress of an organisation. Specialist groups like Police Services, Medical Services, Logistics Services, Engineering Services look after various issues pertaining to a policy implemented and their out come. Generalist officers look after the effects it has on other departments working. So they become very important. |
