hello sir,
the alphabet soup brings out our degree of comfort with the language. ofcourse we boast abt our array of indian languages.but at the same time indians are the most preferred for abroad jobs due to their english proficiency.Hence we dont satisfy ourselves with just acronyms, our usage extends far beyond it. these are just tools made for our sake. they may perhaps be unaware of the regional language dailies statistics in india.
